Philodendron bicolor

Out of stock

I won this at the Aroid society auction some years back, and have just now gotten around to propagating a piece to sell…I just didn’t want to cut it.
What I find most interesting about this species is that not only is it very aptly named as ‘bicolor’, the surface of the leaf is green, and the reverse is a deep violet purple. along the side you can actually see where the leaf changes color! Check out the pictures.
This is such an unusual plant and is not in many private collections.
