This fantastically beautiful Medinilla is a show stopper every spring when it bursts into bloom. The clusters of scarlet-red flowers ringed with bright purple hang from the end of a long stem below the plant. We grow ours in Promix or orchid bark, but in the wild you’d find it growing on logs or trees in the Philippines. This is generally a very hard to find plant. The plants we have at this time are from seed and have leaves about 6″ long. Nice plants! Blooming season starts in about March through the warm months.
