I love love love this plant. The dark A. warocqueanum has been known to make collectors drop to their knees upon entering the shadehouse. This velvety Columbian beauty is so incredible! A well grown specimen can reach 4-6 ft long! I’ve only acheived 2 1/2 ft long myself. There are a few green forms, and this a variable species.
Please note: This guy is a gorgeous tropical plant, they do NOT seem to do well as a houseplant without a humidifier, and special conditions.The first picture is one of my dark form warocqueanums and the second is the size plant available.
The leaves on the plant available are about 4-6″ long similar to the plant in the second photo
